How do I buy a Loaf Deal?
Just click "BUY NOW!" on the deals of your choice, and follow the on-screen instructions. Once purchased, we will email you a link to access and print your deal.

How do I use my deal?
The printed deal certificate will display a unique redemption code, the merchant's address, terms of the deal, and the expiration date. Just present the certificate to the merchant in order to redeem your deal.

When can I use my deal?
Redeem the deal whenever you like, just make sure you use it by the expiration date displayed on the certificate.

My deal has expired. Can the offer be extended?
The promotional value of your deal will expire on the date displayed on the certificate. If your deal has expired, the vendor should honor the face value of the certificate toward a future purchase; however, this process may vary and is based on applicable local laws. If a certificate becomes unredeemable, please contact us for an account credit.

Can I get cash back if I don't use the full value of the deal?
Unless otherwise stated on the deal, store credit or cash back is not available for the unused portion of your certificate.

Can I combine my deal with other offers or specials?
Most deals cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated on your certificate.

I have buyer's remorse. Can I get a refund?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may receive a refund for your unused certificate within 90 days of purchase. Thereafter, you will receive your refund in the form of a Loaf Deals account credit. Contact us for assistance.

I am unable to redeem my deal. What now?
If it's impossible for you to redeem your deal, we'll make sure you get your money back within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days of purchase, we can provide you with a credit to your Loaf Deals account. Contact us for assistance.

Referrals and Gifts

Can I purchase a deal as a gift?
Yes, you can purchase a deal as a gift. Send the gift to your friends when you checkout, or send a purchased certificate as a gift from your account page.

I have a gift code. How do I claim it?
If you don't already have an account, you will need to register in order to receive your gift. Then, enter your gift code, and start saving!

How do I receive a referral award?
After you purchase a deal, forward your referral code via Facebook, Twitter, or email. If three people purchase the deal with your referral, you will receive your purchase for free. So your friends' purchases can save YOU money.

Is there a limit on the number of referrals I can make?
You can tweet, Facebook, and email it to your heart's content. All you need are three referral purchases to get your deal for free. So start sharing!

I am receiving referrals from a few different people. Who will get the referral bonus?
Every referral has a unique ID. When you click on the referral link and create an account, the unique ID is saved in your account. The friend that sent the link will get the credit once you make your first purchase.
